Principal's Message
Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
As we embark on the 2024-2025 school year, I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome I have received from this wonderful school community. It is an absolute honor to be entrusted with the care and education of your children, and I look forward to working together as we learn, grow, and thrive as a school family. Together, we will build relationships that strengthen not only our students’ academic achievements but also their character and faith. Being a part of your children's learning journey is more than just a job to me – it is my vocation, and I am excited to guide them on this path.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff, who have already impressed me with their unwavering commitment to our students. The passion they bring to both the curriculum and the wide array of extra-curricular activities is inspiring. From the classroom to the playground, their love for teaching and dedication to our school is clear. We are blessed to have such a remarkable team, and I am excited to work alongside them in nurturing the potential in every child.
Personally, I am absolutely loving my time here, especially as I take on the role of leader at Mary Immaculate, but also the extra-curricular activities of both the knitting club and the fitness club! These clubs have given me the opportunity to connect with students in unique ways, and I am thrilled to see the enthusiasm they bring to these activities. I truly believe that a balanced school experience, blending academics with creativity and physical wellness, helps to develop well-rounded, confident students.
As we continue this journey together, I encourage all parents to reach out to me. I firmly believe in the strength of a partnership between home and school – it truly takes a village to raise a child. I look forward to getting to know each of you better and working together to ensure that every student feels supported, challenged, and celebrated here in our school community.
Warm regards,
Samantha Pitre
